Haalhawal, a non troditional journalism

commenly when we hear the word "journalism" then immediately  the newspapers, radio, tv and internet come in our minds, which are truly medium through them we are aware about the journalism but these are traditional journalism commen all over the world,
locally many terms and methods are used for this and one of them is "Haalhawal" which is now strong part of the culture in Balochistan, if two or more than two people meet with each others and don't perform the activity of "Haalhawal" so they don't be remembered with good words,
basically the purpose of "Haalhawal" is to share all of those news which you have listened, watched, and felt in your journey and be aware of thos all situation happened in your absence,
it has a particular method, rules and words which aren't ignorable at any cost,
it starts with the greetings and the word of "vsh aathky" or "Babu khaerat" mean "welcome" after it a long conversation start between host and guest with basic rules of it and  questions and answers ,
like host starts  with welcome and guest answers  thank you with applauses and prays, then host thanked to God with holy names and  again aske to guest "Haal kan" mean "share" with this question guest stars a long and continusally speech thanking and admiring to God, he shares every news before host like from where he is coming?, when he left?, how he traveled?, how was the journey?, whom he saw at way?, how was weather?, who met him?, how was the situation of that place?, how was the way?, every thing which is related to the journey, area from where he is coming, and people and situation from his first step to the last step of host's home,

It has some very important rules or method of it are that if a guest  cames and many people sitting then this activity will be start by the person who is elder or senior in "deewan"(group sitting) ,

if two persons meet at the way then it's the duty of that person who is riding or driving not on foot one,
as we know that we are in the society of tribalism and here women are not much engaged with men but if there is no men present in home where guest arrives so this duty would be performed by senior women too,

Caring about ethics are so necessary for it like no lies, over self bravness and bad mouthing others are considered bad,

Because of this activitiy society get awareness of situation, news regarding different areas where they may not visited for long time, about the people and weather of that area, 

and one of most best is to build confident of speaking and reminding the memories,

Why we can't speak in English

English is a Language spoken in many countries and is called international Language, which is proof of it's developing Language and being teach and research

our majority of subjects are in English, it doesn't mean that they are the creation of English people but they made their Language as much soft and large which has the space of other words ,

when new words come English places them
that's the one of reason among many other reasons

so now we come on our questions that why we can't speak in English? after learning it many months, years...

do we have fully command on our native language? not 100% , so it can be possible after learning some year?
but learning is something different and speaking is different, can we speak in English after learning some years? yes why not ? not in years, months even learning after few days we can,

what is the problem actually we have, that is our environment we have only a class of one hour after 23 hours we don't try it, if we study something that's our self conversation not with people, we have vocabularies those we may write and understand by listening but can't talk,

if we just look around us other people come to our areas they can't speak in Balochi but they try it in our environment we feel broken grammar, mispronouncing the words but they don't stop speaking, it last they speak like us

our problem is not trying, no matter we commit mistake, but we should speak make conversation with our friends , at one stage words automatically come in our mouths and tungue runs it self.

Journey of Two years

as a great saying is that "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step." so this two years journey started from that 1st step which we had taken in our minds first approximately five years ago when we felt that there's no any single educational institution in our area, students think about long distance and avoid their thoughts of study, no any concept of higher education and positive thinking in our people , their lives are limited and many more we thoughts...
Year ago what I wrote 👈 click to open,
even we some friends being boys felt that are being called with bad names because of our studying at evening and not being looked at area more, today our girls students complain of it but in journey of this two years I am happy that one day I asked to students of changes than they answered that those kind of voices becoming less than the year before,
in saying this was a journey of two years but in actuality we felt it was journey of 370 days but the journey of minutes and seconds were in those two years.
not only our problem we faced was shortage of class rooms, timing and managmants but the problem of girls education in this 2017 even the fothowas, the crime was educating them why? and many others which I can't share here, and finally we received the solution of these that close the center and ban on education........, which was extremely hurting.
but no complain no worries should be today, I do mention it that those two years experiences faced by us there is no book has written to learn no story made to get lesson. how someone can be deceived? how to see the real face of people? how the minds can be learnt ? and every answer begining with how...
we were the guardian of those kids whom fathers if saw them before 30 minutes in front of center gate playing than we were blamed of it that we take 200 rupees monthly but don't care them, but enjoyed,it became our habitat and we were , because they little kids were our, but it made us worried when we saw those kids complainer fathers are going to home after nemaz e esha but late night their kids are playing at  Chowk with their cycle....
these two years were hard and may could stop this journey but struggling of my great sir and proud brother sir Yar Muhammad the director of @dgelcc and company of dear students contenue it,
as I mentioned above the behavior of people they were in majority but Teetan group's (group of some social friends headed by mulla Mukhtar)  full-time support and encouragement never can be miss, Hope all think like them,
at last months I went to Quetta for my master program but my heart I left here with my dearest students they were my friends , students and my guiders from them I learnt and shared my knowledge to them, but I proudly say that in my absence the talented brilliant students of @dgelcc could not leave the classes go empty, and this journey was continue as before.

A Dream of Life

It was August 2006 I was sitting under a shady tree in my field enjoying the pleasant weather,
There was a deep silent in the field and I was speaking English with me but I was feeling fear that people should not see me hear me in speaking English because I was feeling peculiar to speak English i saw here and there that no one should listen me that why I am murmuring in english language and I was dreaming how I get English and speak soundly, that  time i was also learning in bright English language centre. I  gradually improved my English and went to Karachi for higher education, karachi is hub of Education there i learnt lot from people then institutions.
I felt why we are in backwards? Why we are lacking behind? Why we are uneducated?
From that day I made up my mind to open English language centre to educate my area's youth and it was a dream for me.
As I completed my M.A from karachi university I returned my home town with so many hopes and dreams I saw many physical changes in my area people lives but mentally they didn't grow up.
I felt my area's youth are thirsty for education they just need an educational environment to quench their thirst, time passed years changed at last 1st September 2015 brought changes.
With collaboration and cooperation of Sir javid, Sir Muslim and Sir Yousuf we opened an English language and Computer Centre and named it Dhor Ghatti English Language and Computer Centre (DGELCC)
1st September 2015 really completed my dream but it is the dream of life not the dream of days and  a year.
We started the new journey of Educating the youth from 1st September 2015 and it's steadily and continuously running with positive changes.
DGELCC created great name and fame in Gwadar city in short period of time. Recently two hundred (200) students are enrolled in DGELCC.
Our motive is to get education and spread education. We polish youth encourage children because child need encouragement as a plant needs water.
It is my life dream that DGELCC should create Doctor, engineer, Social worker, journalist, politician and poet in the dhor and prevent our youth from  doing bad activities and save the life of youth from curse of drugs.
During these 2 years DGELCC faced many problems and problem of class room was biggest issue for us but which has been  solved by MPA Gwadar Meer Hammal Kalmati.
For running an institution and confronting will problems is really difficult but using the personal power in useful way to improve the living of others is a great pleasure.
